Individual Therapy

“Our sorrows and wounds are healed only
when we touch them with compassion.”

Buddha

Can therapy still help me?

You’re not sure. You’ve contemplated calling for a therapy appointment a few times, but you’ve never found the courage.

Part of you thinks, “What’s the point?!? She’ll probably think I’m a nutcase.

Another part of you believes, “Maybe I am making a big deal out of that.”

And yet, the other part of you objects, But I won’t know what to say.”

The Last Resort?

So often, I talk to new clients who call me in desperation. This is their last resource, they tell me.

They don’t know what else to do – as everything they’ve tried has failed.

So, I listen to them, validate their experience, and make sense of their concerns.

I invite you to do the same – call me.

Rest assured by the end of our conversation, you will already feel more confident and content.

But it’s been going on for so long.

You don’t even know what “normal” is anymore. Because of the hurts and major disappointments in life, you may have become numb – you may feel disconnected, hopeless, discouraged.

We all long for the experience of joy, contentment, and positive well-being. Deep down, you want to experience good, meaningful, and worthwhile living.

You want your relationships to work; you want peace and joy. You want to feel alive and normal again.

Feeling “normal” is not only a dream, but a fruit that will emerge inevitably because of the therapy process. And this usually happens precisely, smoothly and rather quickly.

But it’s never worked before.

I’ve seen other therapists – and I’m still in the same place.

If you’ve done traditional talk therapy, I can understand why you feel frustrated and haven’t achieved the results you want. Therapy shouldn’t take years to bring about change.

The form of therapy that integrates a brain-body mindfulness approach and is relational by nature will grant you the final and sound success you desire.

This is the way out of your suffering I can offer you.

You can find your way. You’re more powerful than you know.

Your brain has the ability to heal. I see it all the time in session after session.

When you allow your brain to reprocess past disturbing events and relationships, you’ll develop a positive perspective and mindset. You’ll remember the events without any negative emotional response.

You will achieve peace, happiness, and joy at last.

Sound too incredible to be true?

Happiness: your final destination.

Your brain’s ability is unimaginable.

Scientists now know that the brain has neuroplasticity, an amazing ability to change and heal itself.

Together, we’ll use Brainspotting and EMDR, brain-based therapy modalities, to capitalize on your brain’s natural power. These methods facilitate a physiological approach with amazing long-standing psychological and emotional results.

Happiness comes only from within, but the good news is this:  your ability to heal from past hurts and pain is within you.

Your brain can heal from depression, PTSD, anxiety, relationship hurts, trauma, and more!

Happiness is YOUR color!

From the inside out, you will finally reap the results happy people achieve.

You’ll enjoy your present, experience more fulfilling relationships, and become healthier and more successful in life.

Happiness is for you. Reach out to me today: (651) 815-2124. Let’s talk.
